AMDA (Association Multisports Drôme-Ardèche) is an association based in Bourg les Valence, France. AMDA instructors and coaches, as well as chiropractors, who are interested in making health and wellness accessible to everyone (young and seniors). By coming together to form a collective, the instructors joined their energies in the hopes of fulfilling their shared vision to promote wellness and fitness in the community.
